Project Management Methodology Toolkit

The assignment was to create a project management methodology toolkit for instructional designers. This simple PDF offers an overview of three basic project management methodologies: waterfall, agile, and lean. The graphics were custom-made, and everything was also written out for accessibility. Learning project management methodologies can help instructional designers succeed, especially in environments where budget and time constraints require efficient project management (Williams van Rooij, 2010). Project management skills such as communication, team organization, and adaptability are particularly relevant to instructional designers, so learning basic project management frameworks can help instructional designers in developing courses efficiently and ethically (Allen & Gardner, 2021).
